Continued utilization of this web portal following public posting of revisions designates your binding acceptance of all revised clauses.

SECTION 15 : SEVERABILITY & MERGER

If any single provision within these Terms is determined by an authorized tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal, that specific provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining covenants shall remain in full force and effect.
